Seville Hill
Established in 1991 by the D'Aloisio family, Seville Hill Winery has been producing wines from one of the most elevated and cooler properties in Seville and the Yarra Valley. The involvement of John and Josie D’Aloisio in the agricultural industry began over 40 years ago when they grew a variety of stone fruit and strawberries.
The Seville Hill vineyard is home to rich red volcanic soil, which is famous for producing intensely flavoursome wines. The family initially wanted to focus on producing elegant, fruit-driven red wines when they first started making wines, however over recent years, the list now includes white, dessert and sparkling wines.

John began his wine journey with his cousin, Domenic Bucci, who was one of the first winemakers to establish a winery of a high standard in the Yarra Valley that is now common today.
John made his first vintage back in 1991, a Shiraz that won a silver medal. As his love of wine grew, so did his desire to make wines that were full flavoured and true to the cool climate of the Yarra Valley.
